Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter *
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
- 11/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and peanut butter. Stir well to combine.
- Add the sugar, vanilla and eggs and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Drop onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork (if desired).
- Bake for 9-10 minutes.
