Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter *
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, loosely packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 11/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter and peanut butter. Stir well to combine.
  • Add the sugar, vanilla and eggs and mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  • Drop onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork (if desired).
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes.
