Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1⅓ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk ((or milk of choice))
  • one 15oz can Garbanzo Beans ((drained and rinsed well!))
  • 128g (½ cup) Homemade Low-Calorie Peanut Butter ((regular PB works too!))
  • 1 tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
  • 150g (1¼ cups) Peanut Flour
  • 2 tbs Ground Flaxseed
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instruction

  • In a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and blend again.
  • Give it a taste and add more stevia or salt if you feel it needs it. Scoop mixture into a large bowl and refrigerate covered overnight. Serve and enjoy the next day!
