Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1 cup Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- ½ tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
- 1 cup Peanut Flour
- ⅛ tsp Salt
Instruction
- In a blender or food processor, add the yogurt, applesauce, almond milk and stevia. Blend until smooth.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut flour and salt. With the blender or food processor running, slowly spoon the dry ingredients into the blender's lid opening or food processor chute. When the mixture is smooth, scoop the dip into a large serving bowl or a few small serving bowls. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, serve with freshly slices apples, strawberries, graham crackers or spoons alone!
