Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 6 peaches
  • 4 TBSP butter ((or coconut oil))
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 drops stevia extract

Instruction

  • Peel the peaches if desired and cut into slices.
  • Melt the butter or coconut oil in a skillet on the stove.
  • Add the peach slices and cook approximately 5 minutes or until just starting to soften.
  • Add the almond flour and vanilla and stir to coat peaches.
  • Cook an additional 1-2 minutes and serve.
  • Put in whipped cream ingredients in blender or immersion blender and blend until creamy. Don't over-blend or you'll get butter!
  • Top with whipped cream if desired
