Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 6 peaches
- 4 TBSP butter ((or coconut oil))
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 4 drops stevia extract
Instruction
- Peel the peaches if desired and cut into slices.
- Melt the butter or coconut oil in a skillet on the stove.
- Add the peach slices and cook approximately 5 minutes or until just starting to soften.
- Add the almond flour and vanilla and stir to coat peaches.
- Cook an additional 1-2 minutes and serve.
- Put in whipped cream ingredients in blender or immersion blender and blend until creamy. Don't over-blend or you'll get butter!
- Top with whipped cream if desired
