  • 2 eggs (or Flax Egg - 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds + 6 tablespoons warm water)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups quinoa flakes
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 large sweet onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Vegan Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp ketchup  (gluten-free)
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons prepared horseradish (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp finely minced chives
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
