Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups gluten-free oats
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes) ()
  • 1  tbsp butter flavored coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup sugar-free dried cranberries

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix together all the ingredients (except the cranberries). Spread on a large cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. 
  • Mix in the cranberries. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
