Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 tbs Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice ((or Ground Cinnamon))
  • 4 packets Natural Sweetener
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1½ tbs Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder
  • 51g (½ cup) Quinoa Flakes

Instruction

  • Spray a 5" baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the flax, apple pie spice, sweetener, and salt. Stir in the almond milk and applesauce.
  • Stir in the protein powder, then stir in the quinoa flakes. Pour batter into the prepared dish and microwave for ~5 minutes, or until surface springs back when tapped. Let cool slightly, then dig in!
