  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • ⅔ celery stalk (finely chopped)

  • 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2½ teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
