Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 1/2 Cups Paneer (cut in cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 Cups Tomato Puree
  • 15 Ounces Coconut milk
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Avocado oil

Instruction

  • Begin by heating the oil in a skillet. Once warm, add the paneer and brown on two sides.Next, heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan. Add the chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add the tomato purée and salt, mix well and cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes - stir occasionally. Add the coconut milk, mix well and cook on a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes - stir occasionally. Add in the peas and paneer and cook for 3 minutes.Serve over white rice.Enjoy!
