Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 280 g Macaroni
- 0.5 head Cauliflower (small; cut into very tiny pieces)
- 0.5 head Broccoli (small; cut into very tiny pieces)
- 100 g Light mature cheddar (grated (4oz))
- 0.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 100 g Reduced fat creme fraiche
- Sea salt and black pepper
Instruction
- Put the macaroni, broccoli and cauliflower in to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and vegetables and put back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients (reserving a quarter of the cheese) and mix well.
- Pour in to an oven proof dish and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Put in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 for 20 minutes.
