Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 280 g Macaroni
  • 0.5 head Cauliflower (small; cut into very tiny pieces)
  • 0.5 head Broccoli (small; cut into very tiny pieces)
  • 100 g Light mature cheddar (grated (4oz))
  • 0.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 100 g Reduced fat creme fraiche
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Instruction

  • Put the macaroni, broccoli and cauliflower in to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and vegetables and put back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients (reserving a quarter of the cheese) and mix well.
  • Pour in to an oven proof dish and top with the rest of the cheese.
  • Put in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 for 20 minutes.
