Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 medium banana (mashed)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt ((for topping))
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips ((for topping))

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan (minus the yogurt and chocolate chips). Whisk together until fully incorporated.
  • Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a high simmer until desired consistency, 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl, top with yogurt and chocolate chips, and enjoy!
