Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium banana (mashed)
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt ((for topping))
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips ((for topping))
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan (minus the yogurt and chocolate chips). Whisk together until fully incorporated.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a high simmer until desired consistency, 2 - 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl, top with yogurt and chocolate chips, and enjoy!
