Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 recipe My Basic Homemade Granola recipe (link below)
  • 2 cups your favourite plain (unsweetened) Greek yogurt (or other vegan substitute)
  • 1/2 cup shaved toasted coconut
  • 4 fresh figs
  • honey (to taste) (or other vegan honey substitute)

Instruction

  • Prepare my Basic Homemade Granola recipe according to the recipe directions.
  • For each serving, spoon 1/2 cup Greek yogurt into a bowl. Top with as much granola as you'd like, along with a tablespoon or two of shaved toasted coconut.
  • Slice the figs and place on top of the granola and yogurt.
  • Drizzle on some honey, and enjoy!
