Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 200 g Oats
- 2 tbs Honey
- 1 tbs Vegetable Oil
- 50 g Raisins
- 50 g Dried Cranberries
- 50 g Dried Apricots
Instruction
- Heat the oven to 200°C (Gas mark 6/400°F). Measure out the oats, honey and oil and mix together in a large bowl.
- Tip the mixture into a roasting tin and spread out in one even layer. Bake for 15 minutes, shaking half way through. Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
- Meanwhile, chop the apricots into small pieces and mix with the raisins and cranberries. When the oats are cool, mix all the ingredients together.
- Store in an airtight jar or container.
