Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 single Flatout Flatbread (I used original or the Foldits!)
- 1/2 tomato (chopped finely)
- 1/4 cup cucumber (chopped finely)
- 1 tablespoon onion (sliced)
- 1 cup mixed leaves
- 2 tablespoon feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 ounce black olives (pitted)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, add your tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Add your olives and feta cheese.
- Drizzle your olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dried basil, and mix until fully combined.
- Lay out your flatout flatbread of choice and start by layering the mixed greens. Top with Greek salad mixture, fold up and enjoy!
