Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups Chocolate Cracker Crumbs ((I used my Chocolate Crackers, recipe also in the cookbook!))
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 3 Large Egg Whites (or 5 tbs Coconut Oil (melted))
- ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tbs Unflavored Gelatin
- 3 cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1½ cups Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- ¼ packed cup Baby Spinach
- 2 tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
- 1-1½ tsp Mint Flavor ((depends on how minty you want it – I used 1½ teaspoons))
