Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Chocolate Cracker Crumbs ((I used my Chocolate Crackers, recipe also in the cookbook!))
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 3 Large Egg Whites (or 5 tbs Coconut Oil (melted))
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tbs Unflavored Gelatin
  • 3 cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1½ cups Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ packed cup Baby Spinach
  • 2 tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
  • 1-1½ tsp Mint Flavor ((depends on how minty you want it – I used 1½ teaspoons))
