Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon

Instruction

  • In a bowl stir together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon until very well combined.
  • Divide into small individual containers, if you are using this healthy fruit dip as meal prep for the week and refrigerate.
  • Dip with your favorite fruit. Martin's Apple chips and fresh apple or pear slices go especially well with this almond butter dip.
