Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 cups pumpkin puree or mashed banana
- 1 cup nut or seed butter of choice
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1-2 scoops Vanilla protein powder (optional) (32-34 gram scoop)
- 1 serving Edible Eggless Cookie Dough
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (*)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven the 350 Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch pan or layer with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a blender or large mixing bowl, add your brownie ingredients until combined. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out just clean. Allow to cool completely.
- While brownies are cooking, prep your edible eggless cookie dough as instructed in the link. For a thicker frosting, coat as it is. For a thinner, creamy frosting, add milk of choice.
- Once brownies have cooled, top with cookie dough frosting and refrigerate until slightly firm. Slice into bars and enjoy!
