The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- ½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ½ scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 3 packets Natural Sweetener
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tbs Neufchâtel Cream Cheese ((or ⅓ Less Fat Cream Cheese, room temp))
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instruction
- In a bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and sweetener.
- Stir in the almond milk, cream cheese and vanilla extract.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
