Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ½ scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 packets Natural Sweetener
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tbs Neufchâtel Cream Cheese ((or ⅓ Less Fat Cream Cheese, room temp))
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instruction

  • In a bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and sweetener.
  • Stir in the almond milk, cream cheese and vanilla extract.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Enjoy in the morning!
