The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Whole Grain Brown Rice
- 2 tablespoons milk (can substitute with non-dairy milk such as unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (plus extra for garnish)
- ½ banana (chopped (plus extra for garnish))
- 1 teaspoon miniature dark chocolate chips
Instruction
- Heat rice in microwave according to package instructions.
- Place rice in a bowl and stir in milk and peanut butter until completely combined.
- Stir in chopped banana.
- Top with chocolate chips. Garnish with additional banana and a drizzle of additional melted peanut butter, if desired.
