Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free if desired)
- 3 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
- 3 dates (pitted)
- 2 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (we use Nielsen-Massey brand)
- Pinch of salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoon water
Instruction
- Put the ingredients in a food processor and start processing. Add one tbsp of water at a time until it becomes a sticky solid ball.
- Roll into bite sized pieces and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
