Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar (Brown Sugar) ((130g))
  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour Mix (Regular Flour) ((240g))
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder ((95g))
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 and 1/4 Cups Vegan Dark Chocolate ((225g))
  • 1/4-1/3 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2-1 Cup Chocolate Chips ((180g))

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 9"x9" baking pan with baking paper and set aside.
  • Place the brown sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix together.
  • Melt the oil and dark chocolate together and mix into the dry ingredients. Add in a tablespoon of milk at a time until the mixture comes together.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and stir through.
  • Press into the prepared pan and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The middle will be soft and they will look slightly underdone but they will harden as they cool.
