Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken (cooked)
- 1 c. green grapes (halved)
- 1/2 c. cashews (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 c. craisins
- 1/2 c. plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. Nature's Seasoning
- 1 head lettuce of choice (I used butter leaf lettuce)
Instruction
- In a bowl combine all of the ingredients except the lettuce.
- Mix well to combine.
- Divide evenly between six lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until read to eat.
