Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken (cooked)
  • 1 c. green grapes (halved)
  • 1/2 c. cashews (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 c. craisins
  • 1/2 c. plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Nature's Seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce of choice (I used butter leaf lettuce)

Instruction

  • In a bowl combine all of the ingredients except the lettuce.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Divide evenly between six lettuce leaves.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until read to eat.
