- 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1/2 tablespoon horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Drizzle over salad greens or use as a dipping sauce for baked chicken wings.
