Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1/2 tablespoon horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Drizzle over salad greens or use as a dipping sauce for baked chicken wings.
