Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 350 ml milk
- 1 large banana
- 75 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 75 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g yoghurt (I used strawberry flavour)
Instruction
- Measure out the milk and pour into a blender, or a large jug if you are using a stick blender.
- Peel the banana, break into chunks and drop into the milk. Add the raspberries and strawberries, then dollop the yoghurt on top.
- Whizz up with the blender until smooth then serve immediately.
