Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 75 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 75 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g yoghurt (I used strawberry flavour)

Instruction

  • Measure out the milk and pour into a blender, or a large jug if you are using a stick blender.
  • Peel the banana, break into chunks and drop into the milk.  Add the raspberries and strawberries, then dollop the yoghurt on top.
  • Whizz up with the blender until smooth then serve immediately.
