Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 2 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
  • 2 Bananas (ripe)
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 little packets of Stevia (I used Truvia (you may also use honey or agave syrup))
  • 1-2 Teaspoons Cinnamon (add more or less)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts (chopped (optional))

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
  • Place ALL ingredients (minus walnuts) in a blender or in a food processor until it creates a batter. Add the walnuts
  • Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
  • Pour batter inside the loaf pan
  • Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
  • Remove from oven and cool
  • Enjoy!
