Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 2 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
- 2 Bananas (ripe)
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 little packets of Stevia (I used Truvia (you may also use honey or agave syrup))
- 1-2 Teaspoons Cinnamon (add more or less)
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts (chopped (optional))
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
- Place ALL ingredients (minus walnuts) in a blender or in a food processor until it creates a batter. Add the walnuts
- Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
- Pour batter inside the loaf pan
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
- Remove from oven and cool
