Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instruction
- Combine canola oil, applesauce, sugar and eggs. Beat until well combined.
- Mash bananas and add to mixture.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and add to mixture while stirring.
- Add walnuts just until combined.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-17 minutes.
