Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instruction

  • Combine canola oil, applesauce, sugar and eggs. Beat until well combined.
  • Mash bananas and add to mixture.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and add to mixture while stirring.
  • Add walnuts just until combined.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-17 minutes.
