Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 banana (very ripe)
- 1 tsp applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free oat flour (or all purpose gluten free flour)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instruction
- Spray a ramekin or small bowl with avocado oil spray. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the banana, applesauce, vanilla extract and coconut sugar until smooth. Stir in the oat flour and baking powder until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared ramekin then cook in the microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the cake has setup.
- Add optional toppings like chocolate chips, shredded coconut, maple syrup, sprinkles as desired.
