Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 frozen banana (or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon (or 2-3 drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil)
  • 1 cup milk (almond or coconut milk is also fine)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy. Serve and enjoy!
