Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Mixed Spice
- Pinch Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, (Melted)
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Apple (Finely chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tray with 8-10 muffin liners.
- Place all the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
- Melt the coconut oil and place in a bowl with all the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly together.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.
- Stir in 2/3 of the chopped apple.
- Pour into the muffin cases until each one is 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle the remaining apple over the top of each one.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving
