Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1½ cups Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbs  Roasted Almond Butter
  • ¾ tsp  Coconut-Flavored Stevia Extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp  Almond Extract
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 tsp  Psyllium Husk Powder

Instruction

  • In a high-speed blender, add the yogurt, almond butter, stevia extract, vanilla extract and almond extract. Blend on low speed while you pour in the almond milk.
  • Add the ice and blend again.
  • With the blender running, add the psyllium husk powder and puree until completely smooth. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips, or refrigerate for later.
