Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1½ cups Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbs Roasted Almond Butter
- ¾ tsp Coconut-Flavored Stevia Extract
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Almond Extract
- 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder
Instruction
- In a high-speed blender, add the yogurt, almond butter, stevia extract, vanilla extract and almond extract. Blend on low speed while you pour in the almond milk.
- Add the ice and blend again.
- With the blender running, add the psyllium husk powder and puree until completely smooth. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips, or refrigerate for later.
