Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup almond meal (can sub for almond flour)
  • 1/2 large overripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 tablespoon smooth nut butter of choice (I used almond butter)
  • Handful of dairy free chocolate chips (optional*)

Instruction

  • Grease a microwave safe bowl or ramekin with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond meal, mashed banana and smooth nut butter and mix very well until fully combined. Stir through your chocolate chips, reserving a few to add on top.
  • Microwave for up to one minute, until warm and gooey. Enjoy immediately!
