Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 2 medium onions (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup beans (any kind)
  • 6 oz tortilla chips
  • 1-1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 2 roma tomatoes (cored, seeded, & diced)
  • 1 green onion (diced)
  • 1 small jalapenos (sliced, if desired)
  • salsa

Instruction

  • If using the oven, preheat the oven to 400*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil for easier cleanup if desired.
  • Add ground beef, onions, and bell peppers to a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until ground beef is done. Drain if needed.
  • Add chili powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and beans to skillet. Stir well, and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
