Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 2 medium onions (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup beans (any kind)
- 6 oz tortilla chips
- 1-1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 2 roma tomatoes (cored, seeded, & diced)
- 1 green onion (diced)
- 1 small jalapenos (sliced, if desired)

Instruction
- If using the oven, preheat the oven to 400*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil for easier cleanup if desired.
- Add ground beef, onions, and bell peppers to a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until ground beef is done. Drain if needed.
- Add chili powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and beans to skillet. Stir well, and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
