Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instruction
- Make some hard-boiled eggs with whatever cooking method you like. For my air fryer method, I set the temp to 250 and cooked them for 16 minutes. Then I put them in an ice water bath to stop the cooking. Chop your eggs up and add them to a bowl. Then add the next 7 ingredients. Mix well to combine. Serve on top of bread or warmed up pita.
