Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instruction

  • Make some hard-boiled eggs with whatever cooking method you like. For my air fryer method, I set the temp to 250 and cooked them for 16 minutes. Then I put them in an ice water bath to stop the cooking. Chop your eggs up and add them to a bowl. Then add the next 7 ingredients. Mix well to combine. Serve on top of bread or warmed up pita.
