Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Low Fat or Non Fat
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 teaspoons Anchovy Paste or 6-7 Anchovies
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Fresh Black Pepper To Taste

Instruction

  • In a blender add greek yogurt, olive oil, anchovy paste, lemon juice worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic. Puree until smooth and cream.
  • Add cheese and black pepper. Puree until smooth.
  • Serve over romaine lettuce with parmesan cheese and croutons.
