Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 1/2 c ground hazelnuts
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp sugar (2 tbsp for topping)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instruction
- Grind your hazelnuts into a fine texture.
- Combine your hazelnut "flour", baking powder, oat flour, and 2 tbsp of sugar in one bowl.
- In another bowl melt your coconut oil and then add other liquid ingredients.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ones and mix well.
- Lay a piece of saran wrap down and put dough in the center.
- Wrap it up and put it in the fridge to firm for 30-60 min.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Remove saran wrap and put between two pcs of parchment paper and roll out until it's about 1/4" thick.
- Use cookie cutters if desired or cut with a pizza cutter (works well) into pcs that are the same size so they cook evenly.
- Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper underneath and sprinkle tops with sugar.
- Bake for 13 minutes, remove even though they won't look done.
- Leave them on the cookie sheet to continue cooking after taking them out of the oven.
- Once cool, enjoy
