The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups long grained white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 3/4 cup Yoshida's Sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chili garlic sauce ((cut in half if you want the sauce less spicy))
  • 1 tsp dried ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1 TBS cornstarch
  • 2 TBS water
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 TBS olive oil
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery ((3-4 celery stalks))
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini ((chopped into small cubes, 1 small zucchini))
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
