Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups long grained white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 TBS sugar
- 3/4 cup Yoshida's Sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce ((cut in half if you want the sauce less spicy))
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 2 TBS water
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1/2 TBS olive oil
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced celery ((3-4 celery stalks))
- 1 cup chopped zucchini ((chopped into small cubes, 1 small zucchini))
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
