Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 10-ounce package sausage, sliced ((Note 1))
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 15-ounce can diced tomatoes ((Note 2))
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Cook Sausage & Peppers: Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Add sausage and bell peppers to pan. Stirring occasionally, cook until peppers are tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add Everything Else: Add tomatoes including liquid in can, pineapple, peas, salt, and black pepper to pan. Stir and bring to simmer. Cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve (Note 3).
