Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 pound beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of onion powder
- 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl. Mix everything together until well combined. Roll into 1½ inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- In a medium sauce pan combine all sauce ingredients except for the tablespoon of flour. Bring sauce to a boil. Whisk in the flour and stir until thickened.
- Serve meatballs over rice and top with sauce.
