- 2 Tbsp light brown sugar ((optional - granulated sugar can be used))
- 1/2 - 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 green onions (sliced)
- 2 stalks celery (finely minced)
