  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar ((optional - granulated sugar can be used))
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb. dried elbow pasta
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 stalks celery (finely minced)
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup grated yellow onion
