Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 8-oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut

Instruction

  • Whisk together sour cream, milk and vanilla pudding in a medium-sized mixing bowl for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add pineapple and coconut and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and then serve with fruit. Enjoy!
