Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 2 pounds cooked ham (sliced)
- 1/2 large sweet onion (sliced)
- 1 15 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1 15 ounce can diced pineapple
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- Buns for serving
- *Optional toppings: sliced pineapple (sliced cheese, like American, cheddar, or mozzarella)
Instruction
- Place both cans of pineapple (not drained), brown sugar, and mustard in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Stir in ham and sliced onions.
- Cook on low for about 4 hours until cooked through, and pineapple is tender.
- Serve warm on buns with additional desired toppings.
