Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 2 pounds cooked ham (sliced)
  • 1/2 large sweet onion (sliced)
  • 1 15 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1 15 ounce can diced pineapple
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • Buns for serving
  • *Optional toppings: sliced pineapple (sliced cheese, like American, cheddar, or mozzarella)

Instruction

  • Place both cans of pineapple (not drained), brown sugar, and mustard in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • Stir in ham and sliced onions.
  • Cook on low for about 4 hours until cooked through, and pineapple is tender.
  • Serve warm on buns with additional desired toppings.
