Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 pineapple

Instruction

  • Start your grill and let it heat up. 
  • Make the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mixing well. Refrigerate until ready to use. 
  • For the skewers, cut up chicken into small cubes. Cut up bell peppers, onion and pineapple into small pieces about the same size as the chicken pieces.
  • Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers in whatever pattern you desire. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and brush them on both sides with the sauce.
  • Place kabobs on the grill to cook. Cook for about 5-6 minutes and then flip them over to cook for another 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked. 
  • Once chicken is cooked, remove kabobs from the grill and serve. Enjoy!
