Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 1 pineapple
Instruction
- Start your grill and let it heat up.
- Make the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mixing well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For the skewers, cut up chicken into small cubes. Cut up bell peppers, onion and pineapple into small pieces about the same size as the chicken pieces.
- Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers in whatever pattern you desire. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and brush them on both sides with the sauce.
- Place kabobs on the grill to cook. Cook for about 5-6 minutes and then flip them over to cook for another 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Once chicken is cooked, remove kabobs from the grill and serve. Enjoy!
