Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 3 cloves garlic ((minced))
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup all-natural ketchup
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
Instruction
- Pour all ingredients into a medium sized saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, until reduced by half.
- Serve immediately, or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
