- ½ cup hatch green chile sauce
- ⅔ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 medium red onion (cut into ¼” slices)
- 6 hamburger buns
- lettuce
- 1 large tomato (cut into ½” slices)
- ½ cup hatch green chile sauce
