Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 4 cups apricot nectar (or peach)
- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instruction
- Set out a blender. Measure all the ingredients into the blender jar.
- Cover and purée for 30 to 60 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
- Serve immediately over ice, or cover and chill until ready to use. If making a head, make sure to shake or stir the pumpkin juice before serving.
