Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups non-alcoholic apple cider (or apple juice)
- 3 cups orange juice (fresh or canned)
- 2 cups pear nectar (or pear juice)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instruction
- Combine apple cider, orange juice, pear nectar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a large pot.
- Heat on medium-high heat until the juice just starts to boil, stirring frequently to avoid scorching at the bottom of the pan.
- Once the juice comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir frequently.
- Finally, add vanilla extract and mix well. Serve hot or chill for 4-5 hours before serving.
- You can add a cinnamon stick to the serving glass to stir the juice.
