Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 small red onion (diced)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cucumber (diced)
  • 4 medium tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g feta (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
  • 1 kg sweet potatoes ((roughly 2 medium ones))
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt ((or to taste))
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil ((or melted coconut oil))
  • 500 g turkey thigh mince
  • 4 tablespoons harissa paste ((be careful with strength, mine was fairly mild!))
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 4 wholemeal burger buns ((or ordinary bread rolls))
  • 4 large lettuce leaves ((optional))
