Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Fresh Wild-Caught Salmon Fillets
  • Per Fillet:
  • 2 TB Mild Harissa
  • 1 TB Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Dried Cilantro

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Place the salmon fillet(s) on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet before spreading on the harissa, coconut, lemon, and spices.
  • Cook the salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it flakes apart easily with a fork.
