The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Fresh Wild-Caught Salmon Fillets
- Per Fillet:
- 2 TB Mild Harissa
- 1 TB Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Dried Cilantro
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the salmon fillet(s) on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet before spreading on the harissa, coconut, lemon, and spices.
- Cook the salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it flakes apart easily with a fork.
