Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6.667 cups smallish potatoes
  • 3 Red onions
  • 4 fresh Salmon fillet (with skin)
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 2 Tbsps Oil
  • salt
  • peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Harissa

Instruction

  • Peel and slice the onions. Peel and halve the potatoes. Heat the butter and sweat the onions until soft, then put into a roasting tin. Mix in the harissa.
  • Heat the oil and lightly fry the potatoes, then add to the onions and season with salt and pepper.
  • Put into a preheated oven (200°C) and cook for 25-30 minutes. After 10 minutes add 50 ml water. After 15-20 minutes lightly salt the fish, place on top of the potatoes skin side up and continue cooking until the fish and potatoes are done.
