Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound pork sausage ((hot if you like spicy))
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pound Velveeta processed American cheese
- 12 ounce package Pepperidge Farm dark pumpernickel Party Bread
- 12 slices individually wrapped Velveeta cheese
Instruction
- Brown sausage with beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and oregano; drain any fat.
- Dice block cheese and add to hot meat mixture, stirring until the cheese melts.
- Spread bread slices on a baking tray and place a scoop of meat on each.
- Unwrap cheese slices and cut each slice into six thin strips.
- Place two strips in an X on the meat.
- Place pan under the broiler until the cheese melts and serve hot.
